After family and career, Aviation and Boating occupy my interest and energies.

A private pilot since 1992, I fly the Cessna 172.  I am rated for Single Engine- Land.

Since returning to New York in 2000 and locating on Long Island's south shore, boating has taken over as my prime leisure activity.  Our boat, Monte Carlo is a 22' Sea Ray that serves us well as we explore the many seafood restaurants on the south shore. 

Everyone asks about fishing.  Well, we go to restaurants to eat fish, fish markets to buy fish, but do not fish ourselves.  In my view, fishing is a profession and why should I infringe on someone's livelihood.  The fisherman don't do marketing, I don't fish!
