John Kaiser was most recently Vice President of Contact Center and Enterprise Markets at NICE Systems. A veteran of the telecom and call center industries, Kaiser manages all aspects of NICE's relationship with industry giant Avaya as well as corporate marketing and product management. 

Kaiser has more than 30 years of consulting, marketing and senior management experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining NICE in 2005, he was VP of Marketing for Dictaphone’s CRS business which was acquired by NICE in June 2005. Prior to Dictaphone, he was VP of Corporate Marketing at Verint Systems and VP and General Manager of e-talk Corporation. 

He served as the founder and President of Perimeter Technology, a leading provider of call center management information systems and operated an international call center consulting practice. Kaiser’s previous experience also includes senior management positions at NEC and Summa Four, both leading telecommunications companies. 

Kaiser is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, contributor to various on line resources as well as the author of numerous articles in the trade press such as Call Center Magazine, Customer Interaction Solutions, 911 Magazine and Emergency Number Professional. Among his speaking credits are Purdue University Call Center Campus and various conferences sponsored by CCNG, IQPC, ICCM, Telestrategies, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Frost & Sullivan's Customer Contact Asia Pacific. He was recently interviewed on CNBC’s Taskforce program.
